Insurance companies

Due to concerns about confidentiality and the ability to make treatment decisions, we do not participate in insurance plans. Fees are expected at the time of service and may be paid by cash, check or credit card. FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards are welcome.

A growing number of insurance companies provide the opportunity for you to file claims for reimbursement for acupuncture treatments. Consult your insurer's website to find the terms of coverage on your policy and to download claim forms. We will supply you with a receipt that includes all the information needed for you to complete the claim to your insurance company.
